A look at the history of Attleborough’s streets
Nine titles so far and more to come. Each booklet includes a map designed to help you follow your own ‘heritage trail’ through the town. Sites and buildings are illustrated and described with the help of new and historic photographs, old advertisements and more.

Online resources and borrowable Items

In addition to our 'Gallery' of images, we offer a documentary resource. This is an illustrated history of the ex-library site at 31 Connaught Road. To view or download this, go to 'Our Society/Documents' and select Attleborough Library: the first sixty years (and before).

Books to borrow: over sixty titles from the Local Studies stock withdrawn for sale from Attleborough Library before it moved to its new premises, purchased by an AHG member in April 2019

If any member would like to refer to a title or titles on this list, please let us know and we’ll arrange for the book/s to be brought to the Heritage Centre
